Assembly and Installation was very easy and only took about 1 hour with 2 people.
The lock arm will not lock. The bracket that is welding my on is in the wrong spot.
Shipping was spot on. Purchase experience was as expected. Hitch is as described and install was good. Just to note, not all posts insert in pucks as easy as others.
Installed the PullRite OEX hitch last month in my new 2025 Ram 2500 and went on our first trip last week, 347 miles round trip thru the hills and mountains of Pennsylvania and New York to Cooperstown for a week of baseball.
I installed the hitch by myself with the 4” offset away from the truck cab. It took me about 1 hour with double checking leg adjustment and the torque on each bolt. I used the highest setting to start with. When I hooked up to check clearance, I found the trailer was too high and lowered to the middle setting. This gave me a level trailer and 6” clearance between my truck rail and the trailer.
I am pulling a Grand Design Reflection 295RL with a Turning Point pin box that is locked out at the PullRite hitch. Between the Turning Point hitch and the OEX offset I have more turning clearance the ever before.
Pulling the trailer was excellent. I experienced no chucking. Hooking up and disconnecting was smooth and easy.
Overall- I’m very happy and glad I got this PullRite hitch.
I like the fact that I can take this hitch out of my truck and put it back in by myself. This is something that cannot be done with most fifth wheel hitches.
We upgraded our camper experience to 5th wheel model. The PullRite OEX Super, for my Ram 3500 Dully with factory prep puck package, was all I had hoped it would be. The assembly went very well and the directions were good. Only issue was that I had to modify one of the cotter pin securing because the castle nut was deeper than the hole but no problem after that. This model uses a "slam latch" coupler that makes connecting extremely easy. When towing down the road, the feel of the camper was like it was part of the truck and I had no chucking feeling. The camper was very secure to the hitch/truck and no slop in the attachment when accelerating or slowing/stopping. The camper pulled directly behind the truck and never felt any type of swing and cornering was no issue. I would recommend the PullRite OEX Super for anyone who has a 5th wheel camper.
Hitch is well constructed. Assembly instructions are accurate. It is solid and stable and pulls well. Dry weight trailer at 12600 lbs. Fast delivery, excellent customer service. You can't go wrong with etrailer.com!!

So far so good. Assembly requires careful following of the well documented instructions. Adjustability is great! Only used once so far. Well designed hitch and unhitch mechanism.
